I started using you because you were Boston's vendor and since I have so many meetings in Boston, it was a natural fit. I did not plan to use onPeak after moving from Boston but the service and ease of your system quickly showed me you will continue to handle my housing wherever I go. The customer service I receive is over the top — I get reports in a timely fashion and best of all, problems are solved instantly. It's been just about one year since we entered into the RFP process in searching for a new housing & registration partner. One of the biggest questions or points raised in the RFP process was, "How will housing and registration come together in a seamless fashion when using two separate companies with two different systems?" This topic was of great concern coming from Experient who had both operations under one roof and coming out of one system.
Well, here we are almost one year into our new business relationship with onPeak* and I could not be more pleased or happier with how our housing operation is being managed. The fact that our registration entity is separate from onPeak is not a concern at all due to the strong relationship that your two companies have and how I, on the client end, work hard to create one team between our three organizations. Based on the past 8 months, I am ecstatic to state that we have not had one issue or breakdown in communication between registration and housing. In fact, I see many benefits of having these two operations separated and not sewn up into one organization. Without a doubt, I have experienced greater flexibility and synergies in housing compared to the previous scenario when it was all under Experient. It is clear that onPeak has profound and solid partnerships with the major hotel brands and overall travel supplies such as airlines and car rental agencies.
In summary, I am quite pleased that the Direct Marketing Association made the decision to partner with both onPeak and CSI and we look forward to many more successful years ahead.
